I am just another victim with more than 190,000 siacoins stuck. Block explore clearly shows my deposit has gone through but still 0 credit in my account.

Clearly a Ponzi scheme, they are using my coins to fulfill others' withdrawals. When I need to withdraw, they will need to wait for others' deposits.

Do you even know what a ponzi scheme means? You should be more patient and wait for the deposit to appear in your account. Having that said, try to find out how many confirmations Poloniex requires for Siacoin before making stupid accusation threads.

3rd day, still nothing.

Then contact support or make a tweet on their Twitter account.

3rd day, still nothing.

Have you contacted their technical support on this matter?
I have no problem dealing with them so far.
And I feel relatively safe using their exchange.

Their technical support can take five months to respond to a query nowadays.

Most of these crypto exchanges support teams are not doing good in supporting all the issues raised by traders. That could be because of a sudden jump in so many people interested to join these sites to buy and sell. They are getting a good sum of profits from these trades so they must consider to increase their support staff. Not sure which exchange need to use these days for smooth trades.
