I guess your problems only started after you tried to retrieve your password, because I'm using it with no difficulties. Better open a ticket.
WTF is up with Poloniex?
Their password retrieval system is not working, no matter which computer or browser that I use. Just get a blank screen after entering the captcha
Same damn thing happens when I try to create a new account.
