I guess it's the time to leave poloniex, it has become haughty from it became the top 1 exchange.

There had been lots of issues with Poloniex already and this is one of their major issue. I would suggest for you to either msg them on Slack or Telegram and if you could get hold of their support or send a pm to their support they might be able to help you. Sending a ticket to their site itself is no use at all and is a total waste of time.
Can you guide me at their slack as well telegram i send a twitter but looks like they ignored... wasting good moments to buy cheap coins, and yes poloniex is becoming a nightmare to handle issue, since they closed trollbox the complains started.

Im asking poloniex staff a to take a look over my ticket, #389962 2fa, my phone reseted all 2fa i had over it and i havent saved the keys to recover, now im unable to acess mine account since those day, since trollbox closed support is getting worse or looks like there isnt any kind of support, soo kindly handle my issue, thanks.
What I can do for you is to make your post be in front , let more people care about poloniex . They treat the ticket system slower and slower , more and more users will leave it.
