You have to very, very cautious with everything you do Poloniex's website. Or your bank's website... Mistakes take time to be corrected, and I know what I'm talking about.

If you think, taking this case to court, assuming you have lots funds to proceed, then that's your last resort.
I don't think anybody stands a chance against a regulated exchange that for whatever reason froze people's accounts or funds. It might even be a breach of their TOS that lead to this.

I know it's difficult to have patience in current market where the price keeps going up, but there literally isn't anything that can be done than to patiently wait for Poloniex to come back to you and hopefully solve the problem.

It was like a year ago where Poloniex has said to significantly increase the capacity of their staff, but it doesn't seem to have helped much at all (if they did it in the first place).

Have you solve your issue in poloniex already? Maybe try to wait longer for next next weekdays, don't if they have weekend rest but you should take the time. Its your money at the very end. Just don't forget to give updates to the support.

Hello! I have frozen a fully authenticated account two days ago. A message came to the mail that someone wants to turn off 2fa authentication and withdraw all the money. I replied that I did not do anything and after that my account was frozen.
I have been using this exchange for a long time and every time I login, I receive messages that I am logged in and show me my IP address login. but no messages came lately, and only Poloneyx sent me a letter that someone had already logged in and was robbing me. I do not understand how this is possible ?! technical support is not responding to me and I am very nervous ... my funds are frozen and I do not have access to my account now. Please tell me how to be in this situation? Thank you so much and have a nice day!
ps All my accounts are protected. 2fa e-mail is also protected. I am confused
Please tell me how long I will wait for a solution to my problem?

Hey guys. I wrongly freezed my account via email link. How can i unfreeze it w/out poloniex support?
I'm waiting about 7 days with no response. I can't do nothing with my money.
