I think you always loose in trading on Poloniex because you're lack of patience, patience is a virtue.

Before joining any trading like Altcoin trading you need to be patience.

That's right. I often sell when the price goes down, buy when the price goes up. I'm not patient enough to keep some coin some days in my hands.

You have to sell the soon to be delisted coin or withdraw them and trade them in any other exchanges if they have that coin listed like in yobit, c-cex, bittrex etc.

I will definitely not blame the people that told you that poloniex is the best place for newbie to altcoin trading to start but i tell you frankly that it is not so because poloniex belongs to the professional traders that can read charts and make good use of margins.
If you really want to start good as a newbie start from yobit because of the new coin been listed and non delisting attitude of failed coin.
