I withdrawal 10 BTC on June 27, 2017. But it's still on Awaiting Approval Status. It has been more than 2 weeks since I request for the withdrawal process.
I made tickets for support more than 5 times, and it's always coming with the same responses which are
1. The awaiting approval status is a security measure to allow a security agent to review and approve the transaction manually, this is necessary in some cases depending on how secure your account is.
An agent will attempt to cancel your transaction if possible, in the future please do not withdrawal from your Poloniex account to a timed withdrawal address, you may lose your coins permanently.

Please note that withdrawal approvals often take up to 24hours, typically they're cleared much sooner. Unfortunately this wasn't the case here but I can confirm that your withdrawal is now complete.
Please also be advised that Poloniex is not a web wallet or address changing service. When a customer deposits funds to their Poloniex account we assume they do so to trade on our platform. Continued use of your Poloniex account to deposit and withdraw funds without trading could lead to freezes and possible account closure. This is why your withdrawals are being flagged for approval by agent.
There are many other reasons why this can happen but so as to help avoid similar delays for future withdrawals then enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) on your Poloniex account should help. Poloniex STRONGLY recommends enabling 2FA as soon as possible. Without 2FA, your funds and some private data are only as safe as your email credentials.

This is just over and over. I'm trying to cancel the transaction, but there's no response from POLONIEX.
Can someone please help me with the resolving this problem? I was trying really hard to get a direct contact from poloniex, such as skype id or twitter, and phone number etc. but there is none that I can find.
please help me with this problem from poloniex transaction problem.
