They claim that they were established in 2016 and then modify it to 2017 and finally website creation date in 2019.

Yep, agree with you and undoubtedly they are very far from "professionalism" but we can call them "professional scammers" 
. I don't wanna waste my time by thinking about their $ 38 billion deposit but feeling sad just for their website development cost. Did they were able to get that 100$?
