There is payment proof. txid's are on the payouts page. Hopefully someone on here can vouch that they have been paid as well.

No, you get paid after 24 hours. If you don't like it, no one is forcing anyone to play. The risks are clear and outlined. Don't invest anything you can't afford to lose. We aren't claiming to be "investing" your money. It's a ponzi, at least we make that clear.
