You obviously didn't follow that thread: he didn't have to, as he transferred his debt to another person. He didn't came through in the end, but HG did.
He could have just taken another username and no one who would know. Instead he chose his tainted one and did his best to regain trust.

He's only doing that to make sure he's somewhat trusted and some bigger bets come rolling in, after which he'll run, like they all do. If you """invest""" in this, you're not that smart, to be honest...

AFAIK this site is only temporary, the game isn't running ATM, because he's waiting on his devs to finish the new game/site.
So no worries.

As far as ponzi's are legit, Hellsgremlin has proven the community he is legit and no scammer as he refunded people for an earlier ponzi that ended because of unforseen reasons.

Both spreadsheets are temporarily disabled while Hells is refunding people. Will be opened again in less than a week.
The problem was HG was losing track as people were randomly picking txid's, and asking to refund to another wallet than deposited from.

I just sent waiting payouts with the 175% paid from my pocket  anything that was funded before 12pm tonight was paid.   Im currently working on upgrades to the back and front end of the website.   I think you will all like whats comming  for now ponzi is closed.  willl be back online before morning.

Its becoming clear this is due to a double spend attack.  All payouts are suspended until this is fixed.  Your funds are safe and will remain in the wallet until either A have the scripts fixed so this cant happen again or B i clear the ponzi and send out refunds to remaining users.  Please understand that i am not stealing you deposit you will either be paid back 100% of your deposit or the 175%

Just as an update: ThunderFaN stole more than 13BTC: it was around 38BTC and 4700XPY. Incl. yours i think.
Because we converted coins in the sheet to BTC it would amount to 75 to 110BTC depending on XPY price versus BTC/USD.
At the moment his ponzi crashed it was worth 86BTC total.

P.S: HG is trying to make good on his promise, he made the beginners mistake of offering refunds with his former ponzi. Other ponzi's ONLY do that if there are obvious errors with the round. Usually, lost is lost.

The only one we can ACTUALLY claim as a thief and scammer is ThunderFaN (Freddy J. Schiller), as he actually misrepresented himself as a legitimate investor using a trading bot.
Which we soon learned, was non-existent. As he was running an "investment plan", he could be charged with a whole lot of crimes. Incl. fraud, theft, illegal trading and investing, etc.

All HG did was letting people deposit in a game clearly announced and labeled a ponzi. If only he didn't have the 75% refund guarantee.  There is a difference!

Be careful, the gamble is getting people to send after you, but otherwise I think the owner has been responding good with problems and it seems like his site is working well so far.

Im just glad we caught the problem before it was to late.   This could have very easly gone the other way.   The website automaticly Returns to sending address.    

The problem with sending from webwallets is in most cases the website does not send funds out from the same wallet that is your receiving address,  so what happens is My website Returns to the sending address sending your return to the websites Hotwallet & not your balance.   In your case we were lucky enough to catch it before it was Sent out and i was able to stop it.     Had we been a few minutes later your btc would have been sent to a stranger and would have been lost  forever.  


With that said,   I urge anyone who intends on using my ponzi,  Please take just 1 minute to read the details and rules i have laid out.  there is importiant information there and failing to do so could result in the loss of your funds.   I give my word i will do my best to help you if you make a mistake but please understand that it is a time sensitive issue and if the script pays out your deposit before i can find and stop it then its bad news bears....

Deposits are still flowing at a pretty steady rate.   I'm opening 2 more ad campaigns very shortly to help direct more traffic.  Right now it has been mostly low volume deposits so payouts are running pretty rapidly,  the avarage turn around has been under 1 hour.   175% in less then 1 hour is amazing. im personally shocked at how well everything is going so far.

I didn't invest myself (as i was burned before and had no BTC left), but a friend of me did a few times and got paid out. He even converted some of his gains to XPY and sent it to me: nice!
Regarding the admin: He even upheld a XPY payment from a previous ponzi that ended a few weeks ago.

So, HG is doing everything to make this succeed.

Also: Johanh is the friend i was talking about, he made several investments that all paid. He lost his login and had no access to the used emailadress (he hopped providers)
