Can vouch for:

honesty of devs

availability & responsiveness for issues

quick turnaround time for requests and changes

ease of use (traditional nomp pool where you need a wallet address to mine; they don't hold your coins)

i will also vouch for this pool. i have been using it for the past 2 weeks mining various altcoin launches. it runs well, and there haven't been any issues to report.

great job on this service! i will continue to use gflare.

i am sure romano will add any new coins that pass his code review & have a bit of demand from miners.

* High availability:
We use 4 Linux servers
1 Load Balancers and 2 stratum pools for redundancy/failover (cloudservers)
1 wallet server currently

* Round robin Load Balancing
Round robin Load Balancing algorithm to switch between the stratum pools
and spread load reverse proxy for potential Ddos attacks

* Kernel hardening
Hardening from the Linux kernel for a better security

* Cloudflare
Cloudflare to protect against some basic ddos attacks & use of caching

* Http 2.0
HTTP/2 is the latest update to the HTTP protocol by the Internet Engineering Task Force (IETF).
The protocol is the successor to HTTP/1.1, which was drafted in 1999. HTTP/2 is a much-needed refresh, as the web has changed over the years.
The update brings with it advancements in efficiency, security and speed.

* Payouts
Usually instantly. At some coins I put the payouts 15-30min after a block is found.
This is to don't spam the network with payouts.

* Fees
Usually between the 0.8 - 2%

* SSL
SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) is a standard security technology for establishing an
encrypted link between a server and a client

* Coin storage
Payments are instant or almost instantly.
There will be no coins saved on the pool. Payments are automatic.
The only thing miners hear are wallet notifications of their payments.  Smiley

* User friendly interface
Find the coin you are searching for on the site easily.
Get the right port to mine & start. Lookup your address, hashrate, shares etc easily
(You might have seen it, those pools where you have to go to the btct ann to find the right port.)

FAQ BTC
When will a coin be added?
- I add whatever my friends/team tell me to add.
Quality coins?
- If after a code review a premine has been found or the coin is way too bad.
The coin will be delisted after a few hours. Let the other mining pools support that.
Most of the time a coin won't be added in the first place. Usually we recognize a bad coin when compiling the wallet.

Yes a "shitcoin" can be added but often we just add because it might have a chance to be profitable for miners.
