Awesome, that helps a ton. wonder why i didnt find that on my google quest.

Now all thats left is to find someone who can set it all up as that seems far more complicated than i can do myself.

Howdy all, I have a few basic questions that i am hoping one of you fine scholors may be able to lend a hand with.

First let me explain a little about the "WHY?" part.

Between myself and 15 other very close friends we have a total of 350-370 Th/s of hashing power. The 16 of us all live within a 3 state region and meet up all the time to B.S. about bitcoin and get drunk. This past week we got to talking about pool's, and mainly how we would rather have our own then farm up on some of those more common pools like BTCguild that service a scary amount of the network hash power.

I have a 6 month old used HP ProLiant DL380 G9 Server and a used DNS server in my posession already that i got from a friend and can buy a UPS fairly cheap from a local swap meet i'm sure.

Although i consider myself "tech-savvoy" i am far from a developer or a coding mastermind.

What i would like to know.......

Is there a pretty easy to set up plug and play pool software that i could easily install onto a server and host myself for our little group of friends?

Is there any way to set up automatic payout to the 16 different bitcoin addresses for the 16 of us?

Is there any kind of software with a front end so everyone could see stats and stuff, like to make sure their miners are connected right and what their hashing power on the pool is?

Also, if there is no super easy solution, is there someone in the community that you guys could reccomend that could help us get it all set up for a reasonable fee via remote access of some sort? Like a pool guru who has set them up many times before. We want to host the server ourselves not buy one of those pre-fab deals in the UK where we pay them monthly hosting fees and all that jazz.

Thanks for your time and reading and for any help in getting me pointed in the right direction to help get this set up. 2 days with my google-fu and i am only more confused now than when i started.
