I'm pleased to announce the addition of five new payout coins:

• Crypto.com Chain (CRO)
• Chainlink (LINK)
• iExec RLC (RLC)
• Veruscoin (VRSC)
• Multi-collateral DAI (DAI)

All of these coins are available immediately for payout.

Additionally, the synchronization issues we were having with TRON have been resolved, thanks to help from TRON's lead developers.  The daemon is now fully synchronized and has remained that way for several hours, and all TRON payouts have been corrected.

You can request a coin to be added by creating a support ticket at https://support.prohashing.com/.  The only requirement is that it be listed at at least one exchange that has a private API and which accepts US customers.  You can see the list of exchanges that we already have in the "Live coin status" page on the site.  While we try to keep an eye on other forums, new tickets are sent to us immediately and can be assigned to the person most qualified to resolve the issue.

We have performed tests on SHA-256 and scrypt and have determined in all test cases that Prohashing yielded higher profitability than the comparable pool.  For example, SHA-256 profitability was about 104% of what Antpool was paying, even after fees from both pools.  Unfortunately, I don't have a Lyra2REv2 ASIC to test.

At Nicehash, we found that scrypt mining was paying 98.2% of Prohashing's earnings.

I think this is the only algo-switching pool mining platform which allows to get bnb coin with putting a miner on them.

Looks like the pool has gone down, according to my L3's they have been unable to submit shares for about 40 minutes now. Can't access the webpage either.

Complete and utter bullshit. Agreed there are technical glitches at times but "skimming a bunch" is an absolute lie. I've been with them a while and they've never "skimmed" from me. And I maintain daily records.

I personally have never had a problem with payouts either.

Appreciate the hard work others do - or make a better pool and show them how it's done. Stop badmouthing and spreading FUD for no reason and with no competence.

Prohashing is such a scam that I had to register an account here just to warn people.

They can't even payout what their site says is owed to you, and I'm sure they even skim a bunch from the miners in the first place.

Guys, turn the site off of you can't  do the payouts.  Anything less is just stealing from people. I am owed over 7 LTC for almost a week now.

I decided to pull the plug on all my miners today.  Prohashing played a part in my decision.  The interface is poor and unforgiving.   I have lost so many coins using prohashing it's not even funny.  It would be nice if you could control payouts.  Prohashing makes it seem like you control payouts but actually no logic to the payout system whatsoever.   I tried to keep my addresses updated but they release your funds to old addresses.  I am sick of this and I refuse to be a part of it any longer.

You can go into settings on your account and dictate what coins you wish to be paid out in however I think they have disable verge temporarily

getting paid the coins you personally mine is not an option on a pool, would need to solo mine to accomplish that

So I have a question that you might be able to help me out. I understand that there is an algorithm that switches directly to the most profitable coin, and then exchanged to the coin that I am choosing to.

The question is if I can keep the mined coins directly instead of getting paid in a currency of my coin.

I want to keep the verge when its mined, keep the sexcoin when its mined etc.

Is this possible?

Sure it is legit...most of the sites like www.litecoinpool.org are also legit. But by Prohashing requiring 1099's now....(even thou I'm legal as heck, and in

no way am a contractor or employed by them)

that means that the IRS will do the same thing they did when coinbase came to the forefront and was legit

they will go after all the users and passwords for prohashing and, imho, send out a mass 'source of funds' letter to everyone

in other words, you prove you are not hiding from the tax man..which sucks..I had the same thing happen with me with the SEC in 2013 when my deluded bank

said I was illegal, because all of BTC was illegal right? Fun times.

Thus went back to litecoinpool not worth the hassle and if the IRS asks for data from prohashing they will deliver it..they already said they are making

everyone do a 1099 because they don't trust their USA citizens to report their taxes...even if legal like I was the presumption is you are not...and it takes

time to do this...thus I'm out of prohashing

First of all. Prohashing is legit and works well. I have a d3 x11 miner. I was wondering if you will be supporting the new b2x coin possibly in the future

by the by I was the only one that lost hash on Nov 8th and 9th...I did not put a ticket in until a week later..in that I saw it was just me...after I figured that out!

just got a reply from PH they credited me $200 at the 8th and 9th rates in LTC...so $912 buck gain in today's $$$ for my 2-day $200 buck loss mining

they paid me in my payout in LTC I would have earned (100% payout always in LTC..glad I've done that!) for those days in crypto also (my choice 100% LTC)

you can't knock their customer service....they also took my word for this ...and of course could see for whatever reason the 2-day drop

as I pointed out in profits ($100 or so at the time each day) on my setup and bar graphs of my miners etc


Anyway, they could have done the 'easy' route and paid me only the $200 I made in USD that day...that did not show up..they instead credited the LTC lost!


On a side note, this first question on what happened those 2-days, was sent to Steve first, he said he was not aware of any issues...and said he would forward it to Chris...

anyway...just in case....thus I kinda forgot about it

...Chris looked it over...saw the two-day blip down for whatever reason..took my word I had my machines up as per usual and Chris gave me the refund in LTC lost!

So this was more than a bit unexpected.....more than a month later!

The site is also more stable now, even with my evil KNC Titans and L3+'s which the site still does not like too much are more or less on task with a bit of slip....

but they are making progress, with the new equip etc

I don't think the elec chart on prohashing works yet/anymore.....I just put 0 down and use offsite calcs for electric vs hash...it is close enough

If you are using x11 you need to add this to the password field: a=x11

I just had the same issue and had to dig through the documentation to figure it out.

Also you can use this to enable power cost: a=x11 w=1000 p=[insert you $/kwh]

    Obviously, Prohashing is one of the most competitive Scrypt mining pools.  Thanks for the service you provide.
    Would you consider adding Mincoin to your pool again this year?

    Mincoin used to be on Prohashing back in 2015 or so and there have been network upgrades over the summer which have dramatically improved the potential profitability for Mincoin over the next several years.
    It would be great if a large profit-switching pool were turned onto Mincoin again as we are listed on an exchange with an API, Trade Satoshi and can handle large magnitudes of hash coming and going due to an adapted Dark Gravity Wave v3 implementation in the Mincoin protocol.

This is very very unstable pool , disconnets too much and never connect back again ( up to 2-3 hours )

Hello, I'm trying to find out in which currencies you can be paid out your mining profits? Is there a list off all the coins somewhere which you can use for payouts?

Yep, sometimes  the pool works in disruptive way. So I need to use  failovers in config of my miners.

I have 2 L3+ and it does have issues from time to time, looking for a alternative. I also go and mine on litecoinpool.org but I want a multipool as prohashing

Anyone having issues staying connected to the pool? I'm using the L3+ Antminer and it always gets disconnected around 3AM EST.

What pools are you guys using then?

yeah or every 6 hours or so...    24 hour payout seems kinda long nowdays. It's what's holding me back from using the site

Last I heard was on Sunday. 36-72 hours. So id anticipate the latter, it seems like they encountered some real challenges.

Any news from Prohashing ?  Pool is down since the last 2days.
They managed and mitigated many DDoS attack, but this time, I think they got hit hard.
Sucks 'cause it's my pool of choice for scrypt mining.

The beauty of the Coinbase API is that it allows us to request only the features we need and denies us access to anything else.  This is why we are integrated with Coinbase and no other exchange.  When you associate your Coinbase account with us, we only get an authorization from Coinbase to perform the following three functions on the user's behalf: the ability to obtain a deposit address to the Coinbase account, the ability to sell coins in the Coinbase account, and the ability to withdrawal money to trusted addresses in the Coinbase account.  The Coinbase API does not give us privileges to send money from anyone's Coinbase account to an untrusted address nor does it allow purchases of coins.  Furthermore, Coinbase never gives us the ability to gather any personal information about the account.  Therefore, even in the very unlikely scenario that there is a hack on our site (see our security precautions in our help section), there is no ability for the hacker to cause any malevolent activity on the associated Coinbase accounts.

The first time for seeing an "authorize Coinbase" login prompt like the way you authorize FB or Google to log you in other sites.  That's kind of scary giving another site access to your Coinbase account.  Does that mean that this gives one step towards a vulnerability if they get hacked?

We were looking at that and thought the algo would be an issue alright but the option to mine script and have XBC as payout would be appreciated.Thanks

We don't support X13 mining (yet), but we can add XBC so that you can mine scrypt and payout in XBC.

AWESOME thanks parking my 167 MH there now  sense solutions is just a term you may make about the same payout wise using your script miner every one, i was watching it on nice hash the other day my `167 MH script miner all most matched per MH = solu with my eth/zcash rigs  pay out wise the same in BTC per MH or sol  and sense zcash gets you more why not . you have to set pay out to Zcash and use a Scrpit miner gpus won't work there  and mine like you would on any script pool ) .

We had XBC in the past, but the problem was that there wasn't a wallet source available.  I will see if I can compile it successfully and will add it if I can.


I'm sorry to hear of your experience.  We payout earnings the next day if they are over the payout threshold.  If you only have a very small miner, it may take multiple days for your earnings to accumulate and exceed the payout threshold.  The reason for this is to reduce money spent on transaction fees, but you can force payouts every day using a low custom payout threshold.

These guys are in over their heads trying to run this pool.  I don't think they have the skills necessary to be honest.  Trying to make sense of the earnings vs payouts is impossible.

I have mined there for a while, and the payouts vary widely depending on luck right now with few users. Also you get paid with a 24hr delay, so you should have more coming to you, they have never ripped me off, and I made some suggestions that they are incorporating to make the pool even better.

I mined at prohashing last night using 42 mhs. They say I made $1.07 usd . That is the worst pay for any site I have ever mined at. PROHASHING is nothing but a big liar. They will steal your hash. Run away from these liars and thieves!!!
