Forum wise? Yes. Campaign wise? Depends on the specific rules. This is classic capitalism / free market. For example if the bounty awards $100 for translation and you find someone else who wants to do it $50 for you (and you submit it for and get $100 - $50 (given to the person who actually translated it)), you're just good at doing business (given that the other person does a proper translation obviously).

In fact, the correct must be marked, because I was marked by this error! Lauda, I still have a job to finish, when it's over, it would not be possible for someone to analyze and how consistent it will be, after that analysis, anything can be done about me?

Unfortunately I ended up outsourcing my work, for not wanting to curl, but unfortunately, the person did not act with honesty.

I don't believe that, and likely no one else will either. That's an all too
convenient scapegoat. You did lousy work and now you can't even own up
to it. Don't do translation work if you're not qualified to do it. Seems simple,
but it always amazes me what people will do for bitcoin.
