Ugh, religious establishments really have a hard time accepting becoming less and less relevant. Secularism itself have its drawbacks but I'd choose it over theocracy any day.

I thought that the previous pope was bad. But this guy is even worse. I have never seen a more hypocritical person than this guy. He wants all the Christian nations to accept Muslim immigrants, and at the same time he never speaks against the persecution of Christians in Muslim-majority regions. And now he want to suppress libertarianism.

They never learn. Muslims have attempted to kill Blessed John Paul II several times before and now Pope Francis is basically asking all Europeans to take in these people. Would be ironic if these jerks actually manage to bomb the Vatican like they've threatened to. Very symbolic of the new Fall of Rome.

You could even classify the catholic church (or any other religion organization) as a centralized and inefficient way of spreading the word. P2P is the way to go! Shocked

Felt this dude was kinda libertarian when he first took office, but these statements are sounding like he's actually feeling threathened by the post Franco generation  Tongue
