I expected this advertisement to get broadcast during today's IPL match, but the advertisement is made different. As India hasn't legalized Bitcoin, nothing relative to bitcoin is mentioned in the advertisement. During the match the advertisement showed a statement of earn in terms of cred coins and get cashback.

Have you come across any such advertisement that portray Bitcoin as the primary subject.
Yes, sometimes I see some competitions rewarding bitcoins for doing something that will help a company get more acknowledged on the internet, especially among crypto enthusiasts. But actually I don't enjoy it very much, because there are many competitors and only one or very few of them are rewarded in the end and we don't really know if the results are legit.
I prefer promotions or giveaways which pay small amounts of satoshis, but at least pay all participants. However there aren't many of them disponible right now due to abusive participants applying with different accounts and addresses.

This is just to promote the business basically and a major means of publicity for the exchange and all. People who are really interested in Bitcoin will be enticed to them and will  go for this, imagine a whole 1 bitcoin is a lot not to go for

warzix I use that exchange,
and for this ad I have never found it and for the first time in this post. I think bitcoin's immense popularity is related to its increase in price, so it is very easy to search on google.
one thing that is interesting if this ad is legitimate and there is an event

if this is true it looks like it will be interesting for crypto, because I am a wazirx user and maybe this can raise the popularity of wazirx and cred if the reward is true. I'm sure the exchange will have a drastically increasing popularity
Actually it seems like it will correlate with cryptocurrency before it will come in reality or functioning properly, I think what it has to do is to gather gravity in such a way that the advert will bring the images of it, so when the images comes up they achieve their aim, and it will become influential to people as Bitcoin dominates across the countries

Due to the overwhelming popularity of the topic of bitcoin associated with the rise in its price, I will soon come across its logo or emblem - whatever - just everywhere. Against the background of the total illiteracy of the population on this topic - you can often hear stories of how people bought for several thousand dollars - a real hard coin which depicts "B". And after that, they already know that this is not a real coin, but an electronic cryptocurrency. Smiley) So live and learn.

no doubt this is a pretty good promotion by displaying these ads. does the winner really know that he will get 1 BTC? .. Of course this is not easy, it needs a very wide dissemination of information. and the exchange is very much dominated in India. it will be very easy if India really can find a winner.

Came across this advertisement where the lucky winner gets paid with 1BTC. The program is in partnership with the wazirx exchange. Earlier this credit bill payment app used to pay the winners car and other rewards. Now this has got moved to bitcoin. It has more than ten million users, which means one way or the other the cred application is advertising the Bitcoin.

That's quite interesting. Honestly despite of being from India I haven't seen this ad so far. But yes Bitcoin exchange Coinswitch Kuber which recently got some angel investors is also advertising in between the cricket league on television. So far I am surprised that even government has not raised any issues on it because we don't have a law here so far regarding Cryptocurrencies but yes I am sure that soon every person in India is going to have atleast some of their savings parked in Cryptos. It's becoming a huge market here and exchanges are focusing on growing their business to retail segment who will make small investments out of their total Portfolos.

I have been using Cred for last few months but very strangely I have not seen this advertisement in their platform yet. I should go back and check again but if Cred has really done this, then it's an excellent news. Because Cred has a huge client base and they are acquiring new users at a lightening speed. So it would definitely make some users intrigued about bitcoin and raise awareness.

Just wondering what will happen if bitcoin gets banned in India.

Both wazir exchange and Cred seem pretty legit. It's difficult to find the advertisement on the internet but it seems legit when I search it.

I found this in the CRED youtube video promotion that has that advertisement so I guess it is legit.

Binance also does a lot similar to this to encourage people to top up using the credit card or debit card but mostly just a small reward.

I haven't used those exchange but there were promos like this that encourages new users to come in and as well as old users to participate that has a very rewarding prize.
You get to see such bitcoin rewards for such promos through exchanges and as well as casinos.

Not your keys, not your coins!
Both CRED and WazirX are Indian startups.
Binance are trying to expand their ecosystem and make partnerships with many exchanges. In the past months, the Tokocrypto exchange in Indonesia and their token Tokocrypto were very hot with begin price after listing and lively trading on Binance.

I recommend people to own a few tokens of good exchanges in coming months this year. Exchanges with good quality and promotions will get lots of income and their tokens will have good price. Buy and hold in a few months as the market can have ups or downs and losers will sell off if they feel panic with short term movements of market.

So anyway, I applied as a merit source :)
Both CRED and WazirX are Indian startups. Considering how much the Indian government has been negative over crypto but positive on blockchain technology I am not sure where this will end up. But it is good advertisement for the companies running them and getting heaps of app installs and signups on their platform.

I am sure someone out there will end up winning that amount, but will be they be paying taxes? You are taxed for every monetary win be it lottery or even the KBC competition. Grin Till date the RBI has not given a hard and fast guideline about taxation on crypto earnings - so that is another point to consider.

It will be an interesting thing to follow up though.
