Isn't positive pressure better?
It depends how it's set up.. But when it's very hot outside and your rigs are in an apartment without A/C,,, the negative pressure helps bring in cool air from other apartments and pushing the HOT air outside...
Plus your neighbours don't smell the smoke. cough cough

I just picked up a 8" Inline fan to create a negative pressure in the room the rigs are housed...... shit's getting hot when it's humid outside......
I've needed a 22" box fan venting straight outside for the last three months on top of A/C to keep me and my rigs cool in this heat. I would make a video, but the setup, although impressive enough, is a lil embarrassing to look at.
