Lawsuits are usually not the answer anyway.

"Investors" are usually broke after a scam.

"Scammers" usually flee with their ill gotten gains.

This is why it is so important to do research before parting with funds.

Has anybody managed to contact him? He is the only verified person of the whole scam.

You can actually start a lawsuit against a "John Doe" if the name appears to be fake and use alternative service to serve them. This means you can potentially get judgement and then find out their identity and enforce it against them.

The truth is that when you see the word 'Advisor' you must treat him as a 'Promoter'. In other words, he get paid in order to promote a project. No advises at all.

Because your post wasn't posted in the scam accusation section I made the thread here. It often helps having some experienced scam busters looking at the information.

Within a very short time morvillz7z had found proof of fake team members and The Pharmacist (Default Trust member)had tagged the scammers to warn others.

Information like this also often assists identifying similar scams due to similarities between different ICOs. It is great when victims of scams are persistent in making others aware. Awareness and holding scammers (and those that assist scammers) accountable might prevent others from the misery of getting scammed.

Tagged icocalendar.us and the PORN_coin accounts. The latter is not only a scammer but a serious shitposter as well. I get the feeling that pulling off a scam is just another revenue stream for him.

Good find. I'm still a bit baffled how these morons think they're going to get away with falsifying their credentials and/or pictures. They obviously think no one is paying attention.

. That means they exit with funds. There is any chance to catch team by help of icobench? since they had verified KYC for team. I don't think it's possible. I don't think it's secure if team verify with icobench. They are just doing for money. Never care about investors, although they are not forcing anyone to invest.
