I use the blockfolio app on my phone (It's both for iOS and Android AFAIK), I think it's really handy for tracking the value of your portofolio.

has pretty much every major coin on every major exchange, and things like the "Supertrollbox" which allows you to watch all exchanges chats all in one. This site has don alot for me, i will probably buy the paid version some day ;p
also has API access (for trading only if you choose), so you can see all your account balances on dif exchanges and do your trades all in one
