Yes everyone is waiting for these announced improvements as it will solve a lot of issues that ETH has now. And of course I hope that it'll positively affect the price and ETH will overcome its maximum at $1500.
ETH is a solid based project coin and currently its undergoing some technical improvements.ETH currently have a slow expensive POW protocol after conversion to POS Protocol transaction speed would increase along with less fee,which will escalate ETH demand and will reduce supply as a fallout of which prices will increase to top level.ETH network would be much more secure.
