Trade in crypto-currencies and ICO is an opportunity to bypass Western sanctions, said Anatoly Aksakov, chairman of the State Duma Financial Market Committee, president of the Rossiya Banking Association.
The committee headed by Aksakov will develop a concept for regulating the market of crypto-currency by the end of September.
