Though this is good evidence if combined with something else. It really isn't enough based on the evidence supplied. In cases like this its best to watch the accounts until they slip up because they always slip up and leave a paper trail. Not that this is public they will likely be a little cautious for a while.
Names which are similar and having the same creation date or local time really isn't enough evidence.
