Some of the ico startups have gathered more of their amount from a private investors. But most of the ico has one have a few money, that is why they need to launch an ico to fill up their bags and get back on track. They needed that amount to make their proposal into a reality.
What do you think of the possible amount of fund that an infrastructure ICO projects (yes, they build a new Blockchain) should raise at the current time?
