I would chargeback now not later.  In a scam it is good idea for the scammer to string the victim for as long as possible.  They almost certainly are a scam.  Stop being emotional holding out for the 1% chance they are legit and risk pushing this past the chargeback window and then when you "know" it is a scam it is too late to do anything.

Thankfully another member of this community sent a message to me and it sounds like he's on the same plan I am.
We've got more information on the owners of the service, but also our information is consistent.

Currently it sounds like they just have very crappy customer service.  I can bear with that if they deliver as promised.
I'm holding off until the 16th when I expect a solid payout.  If they deliver I'll let this community know because honestly
the price/GHz is great.  Just hoping it's not "too good to be true".

It is nice to hear that, let's hope for the best. Contact your bank just to know your options

When you can charge back there is a time limit to do so and it isn't a huge limit

Thanks for the help, unfortunately I used my debit card and this will be a real setback if they aren't legitimate.  I've sent them one more message telling them I need a response by tomorrow and letting them know I'm posting here.

I can't afford to get burned, I was really planning on building a side project off of this.  Was even going to take a loan if they came thru and buy a couple of miners.

Their webhost said they can't do anything, contact BBB, call police, try to reverse charges.  This sucks.

Debit cards usually offer the same protection as credit cards, hence the Visa, MasterCard, etc. backing. Can't hurt to give it a try.

Try to charge back if you paid with a Credit Card and please keep us update, keep fighting

"Bitcoin is expected to reach $1600 by Q1 of 2014. So far today about 12 Million of the 21 Million bitcoins have been mined.  Given the current difficulty levels of mining bitcoin, you could easily mine 2-3 bitcoins a month. As difficulty increases, so does the value of bitcoins.''

from their "homepage"

The prices seem very reasonable, too bad it is a probably a sca.m

I purchased the 500 GHZ mining contract from Machitservices.com last December.  Seemed like a great deal.  They provided me with no
information after the purchase.  I inquired and was told they'd start mining on Jan 16th.  They said reports and payouts were monthly as well.

I haven't seen any report or BTC from them, I've been emailing their support daily since the beginning of the month.

Has anybody else done business with them, or do they just have the worst customer service in the world?
