Yeah, I first bought my Bitcoins last March of 2012, and have been more or less addicted since. I did not invest in a large rig or anything, but I've been casually mining with an nVidia GTX 680, using Cudaminer. I started doing most of my trading on btc-e, and then quick trades at Camp.bx, since it's reliable. Then the altcoin market exploded, and I delved into it. I mined Litecoins for a while, and then took a break for a couple months.
Now I've jumped back in and using profit-switching pools. Started with Hash Cows, but left due to the hackers. I'm using Multipool now, but I hate that Cryptsy has a minimum allowed trade limit - sort of negates the idea of quickly trading the most profitable for BTC. I'll move back to Hash Cows once they're back up, since they do the automatic trading for you.
I mined Dogecoin for a little while, but I thought it was so ridiculous and silly that I stopped.
I managed to mine Mooncoin right on time at launch-time with multipool, but you know how that turned out. Dumped 'em.
Now I'm mining Noodly Appendage Coin, which I managed to start about 15 minutes after launch, and it's awesome. Definitely my favorite coin of all.
Can I come in now?
