i think with give notice to aware of spamming to get banning account tell  them before go to post anything .
sometime who not spam .still get judge of spam .

That's why there is rules. They can read the rules before posting it. I agree that some can be judged even if they don't spam but it is quiet natural as mods cannot always be 100% accurate. If mods can be active then it would be better to warn them before deleting and they can choose whether to delete it or not. If this is applying, then there should be an option to reply, so that the person who was warned can give detail about their post. If the mod thinks the post is spam, then they can delete it. Anyway it need an active mod and mod will need a great effort.

Kindly,

Also, when reporting posts, there should be some options to choose exactly whats wrong with the post.

Stackoverflow has it:

Click here if the image doesnt load

Yeah! It would be nice but I don't think it is really needed as we can tell mod why we are reporting. Anyway it can be used for categorizing the reports, which IMO, would be helpful to mods.

This could be a nice feature as long as it was optional to include a comment, stock or not, after a post was deleted.  In my short experience the reasons for deleting posts are pretty obvious and don't require any explaining.

You don't get notifications for deleted/trashcanned threads, but I'd like to get them. Maybe the feature could be added and toggled on/off along with notifications of other deleted posts.

Indeed. It would be a nice addition. I noticed my post count going down by 1 a couple of times. But I didn't get any PMs(automated or otherwise) about post deletion. I guess that's what happens when someone replies to a thread that gets deteled eventually?
I have never had a post of mine deleted, which I guess is a good thing, but mods should not have to worry about it anyway, just a quick automatic message and done!

As far as I remember, I only had one deleted post(and not by a mod). It was made in a self-moderated topic and it was a suggestion to OP to move the thread in the approapiate subforum.
Other than that, I did notice my post count going down by one, once or twice, shortly after posting in a spammy/scammy thread(my post was basically telling the OP to stop, or advising users not to trade with said user). I guess that happened because the thread itself got deleted, hence my post as well(didn't get any mention about it).

I don't usually look at my post count, but if I notice it going down, I check my recent posts to see what happened.

There should be also automatic recognition that would show PM'd user if it was deleted by OP (self-moderated topic) or the moderator of forums.

It already does tell you that if you read the content of the message.

This would be great. It would inform users on what they did wrong.

I and others have suggested mods being able to comment on reports before. It would be a good idea and very helpful to all involved. Number of incorrect reports would then surely decrease rapidly.

Yeah, it would be good. Maybe a drop down menu would be helpful with some common stock answers too to save you time. Maybe something like this could be implemented on the bad reports as well.

The addition of something like this to the report to moderator tool would be especially useful.

User: Report to moderator: [Spamming] /send

Mod: *see's report*: /confirm

In the case above the output is the offending post is deleted, a mail sent to the author of said post, the person(s) who reported receive a response according to the decision made. Those who were successful (according to their choice) get an agreed response, those who were unsuccessful get a disagreed response.

Obviously I haven't analyse the scenario completely i.e. investigated the extensibility of the feature above, but I think that the original suggestion made for the topic is very useful, it would be good to use that decision and relay it to the reporter(s) too.

I think it would be a pretty handy feature if moderators could include a brief message into the default, "your post has been deleted by a Bitcointalk Moderator "quote" I see a lot of people reporting their pms that tell them that their posts were removed, asking why. It would be neat if the new forum would allow moderators to throw in a little note with post deletions like, "your post was deleted for spamming or, your post was deleted for necroposting" or something of the sort
