The best thing you should do to protect your assets, is to have a separate wallet that you do not you for bounty, use it to store your valuable tokens and eth.

This is correct. Although there were no major risks if you'll expose your  ETH address. Just for tight security purposes, if you have good amount of tokens in your personal wallet, it is better if you'll create another wallet intended only for bounty rewards. In that way your main wallet is secured. Just incase, always secure your private keys in a separate folder, you might miss and interchange the two then posted it in bounty thread.

I'm unclear about this rule.  Are we allowed to post our Etehreum address in an authentication thread if the bounty manager asks us to?  I thought it was ok if the bounty manager asked us to however I also remember threads being locked because of this.  Please let me know.  Thanks

1. This bounty thread is in the right place (Bounties section).
2. This bounty/airdrop thread is not violating the rules of forum.
3. If the bounty manager ask us to post ETH address, it's ok to us.

This thread was locked because it violated the rules. And if you join the giveaway thread, you will get banned too. Read the rules of forum and specific rules of each sections before posting somethings.

There are so many bounty campaigns that you can participate in. You are not under any compulsion to engage yourself in or participate in any bounty that demands you paste your eth address. The best thing you should do to protect your assets, is to have a separate wallet that you do not you for bounty, use it to store your valuable tokens and eth.
