No, that's entirely false. You can't just do whatever you want or say anything you want in this forum because there is still a set of rules that has to be followed by everyone.

All this while I see he is accepting people with obvious signature posting behavior. With that I mean that some people have been waiting with posting till they got accepted by him.
It's not really a problem to get rejected but it doesn't feel good while people with worse post quality get a spot while you with decent post quality don't make it there.
