Looks like someone is working on it in the background, we just moved to 1 decimal point in accuracy.

"You have reported 5137 posts with 98.6% accuracy"
Oh wow, this is a nice improvement. I am now at 95.5% accuracy (down from 96% when I was writing my last post in this thread)

I just handled a few of your reports.
I hope they were no bad ones Smiley

The more you report the longer it will take for you to move up a percentage point. I also used to think mine was stuck but I'm just not very good at math  Cheesy. Just keep reporting and as long as they're handled (or not marked as bad) it'll go up soon enough.

How many total reports have you made both recently and overall?
I have reported 201 posts with 94% accuracy.I don't know how to distinguish them.

Hmmm, it looks like you have somewhere between 187.935 and 189.945 correctly reported posts. Your accuracy should increase to 95% if you were to report three additional post that are marked as good by the moderator that handles the reports. Some of your recent reports (or some of your reports overall) may have been "ignored" by the moderators, and until your report is either marked as "good" or "bad" it will not count as part of your calculation for your accuracy.

It is possible that some of your more recent reports were "ignored" by the moderators, which would explain as to why your accuracy has not changed.

The reason why I asked how many reports you have made recently, is because if you have only reported a small number of posts recently (since you originally noticed your accuracy is 94%), then the simple explanation as to why your accuracy has not changed is because you have not reported a sufficient amount of additional posts to increase your accuracy rate based on how the system rounds.

I am curious what happens when 2 people report same thing though as someone else mentioned.

Both get credit unless it becomes unclear what the later one was reporting. For example, if one person reports that a topic is in the wrong section and you also report it with the report text "wrong section", then sometimes:
1. One moderator moves the topic due to the first report and marks that report as handled.
2. Another moderator sees your report, sees the text "wrong section", sees that the topic is in the right section, and marks your report as bad.

So you should try to put in the report text enough detail to prevent this, like "Wrong section: Bitcoin Discussion -> Service Discussion".

As the title says,I have been stuck at 94% forever.I know few of or most of my reports might not make it to the accuracy but there are quite a number of reports which after reporting are taken care of.I'm concerned why the accuracy is still stuck here ? What does that imply? Thank you.

I don't think it's broken it's just the higher you get in number of post's the longer it takes to make a percentage.  I recently went up 1 percent so I know it is moving.  I am curious what happens when 2 people report same thing though as someone else mentioned.

Its much easier to go down then up.  I'm currently at "You have reported 459 posts with 89% accuracy" and it was at 88 percent for some time now I went up one.   It was not a short period of time though.

I always wonder if another poster reports a certain post before I do does it count towards their accuracy & not mine?

In other words if 10 people report the same post does only the first reporter have it counted as a successful report?
I believe ,mods are quite quick when it comes to handle obvious bots or scrappers.Even before multiple reports are generated such cases are handled quickly. The report success should obviously go to the first reporter,and/or the one with the most relevant comments.

Mines not moved up or down from 79% in about 6 months, do you think its broken?
Only Mexxer-2/Shorena used to be concerned about it ,both of them are less active on the forum. As far as I'm aware,Mexxer had his activity stable at 100-99% while he had reported more than 3000+ posts.I don't think its broken but not sure how the Algorithm works.

Mine moved from 100% to 99% not too long ago.  I don't report all that many posts though, and my total is something like 80 altogether.  I didn't think I'd be anywhere near 100% anyway.
