Just mark the complete image url then click the little picture frame icon underneath the italics button and done.

Quick Question: How do you post an image using the image tags?
Use Insert Image icon when writing post and write inside img tags the URL of your image
Upload your image to http://www.imgur.com and copy the url given at the side under 'Direct Link (email & IM)'
Then simply type [ IMG ] before the picture (with no spaces) and [/IMG ] at the end.
And then, you end up with this:
