In that case, just copy the text from the website, create a new post this way

ofcourse, you need to remove the spaces in [ q u o t e ] and [ / q u o t e ]
An other option would be to take a screenshots, upload it to a free image host and post this image followed by the url where people can find the original text.
There is nothing wrong with copy/pasting most content, as long as you clearly indicate you are quoting, and also post the url where people can find the original. If you just copy/paste text and pose it as your own, you'll get banned tough!
