You can find it on here but here's the summary.

1. It doesn’t have basic “requirements” like White Paper or Team Members.

2. Only way to communicate with it is via Telegram bot.

3. Despite the fact that the ICO claims that it’s from Singapore (where there are plenty of people who speak English and Chinese fluently), it’s mostly in Chinese.

4. Despite the fact that ICO is supposed to start pretty soon, a large portion of the website is empty.

5. The ICO says it’s connected to companies like Galaxy Chain or Chainup.com. However, on their websites, there are no claims that they are working with them. In fact, the ICO is almost invisible on the web.

6. No announcement or anything on blockchaintalk.

Now the ICO might not be a scam, but I would be careful because they want you to use your phone number or email and deposit money there! Also, is investing in ICO that’s heavily relied on Chinese market safe considering that the Chinese government is cracking down on them? It’s ultimately up to you but think about your choice before you make one.
