I didn't see anyone asking, and you didn't mention, but are you able to buy RTX 3080 non LHR version?

Or all the cards you have available are LHRs version?

If you can answer this and the price, we can help you better
It's almost impossible to find non lhr cards nowadays in my country, only used

I hope they are not LHR but it is not a big disadvantage anymore compared to non LHR cards.A good RTX 3080 with the perfect tuning without overclocking it to much makes like 90-93 Mhsh while the 3080 LHR thanks to many miners unlocking a huge chunk of the LHR makes like 68-72 Mhsh from what I have seen and I don't see that much of a difference, even the RTX 3080 LHR is good for mining (of course it is better to use non LHR cards) but when you cannot find 3080 non LHR going for the LHR version if you can find them I would say is not that a bad option. They will consume a bit more power because of the unlock needed but in the end having six RTX 3080 cards,LHR or not is great for mining right now.I consider them the second best cards beside RTX 3090 which is the absolute king.

I know six of such cards if LHR offer like 100 Mhsh less but as I said still a good option if you cannot find non LHR cards.

Your rig specs looks proper.

I have several mixed 8 x 3060ti / 3070 Non-LHR cards running on similar hardware. I am getting 61-63MH/s on all cards.

The EVGA PSU's come with a 10 year warranty if bought new which is better and the eco mode on them works perfectly.

The only thing I see that is off is that I would change is the size of the hard / ssd drive if you are going with Windows as an operating system.

Remember that you will need the same amount of memory in each graphics card available in virtual memory if choosing Windows as your OS.

I have seen RTX 3060 Tis and 3070s which are not LHR. RTX 3080s are always out of stock when i check anywhere.

GPUs: 6x ASUS TUF RTX 3080
Since 3080s are low in stock, is it feasible to replace the 6x 3080s with either 3060 Tis or 3070s instead? If so, would you advise that I change any of the other parts that I proposed below? Thank you.

Biostar TB250-BTC Pro
Intel Celeron G3930
1x 8GB DDR4
120GB Kingston SSD
Ubit 6-Pack Ver. 103C
6 GPU Veddha Frame
2x EVGA P2 1200 Watts
6x 8-Pin to Dual 8-Pin
Dual PSU Adapter

RTX 3080 graphics cards are very hot and should be installed in a good closed case.
With the RTX 3060 and RTX 3070, you won't have any overheating problems and you can use the cheapest open case.
You can save money if you buy less powerful power supplies, for example, 850-1000 watts. You just need to check that 8 pin connectors are enough.

Perfect rig.

If the rig is away from home, try use servers PSU, more cheap.

Thank you for your response. Another question: Are 3060Tis and 3070s compatible or ideally paired with the rest of the parts listed?
Why not? Any graphic cards can work in your motherboard just fine, even old Motherboard like 3rd gen works well with these graphic cards, 3060ti and 3070s mining performance are not different from each other you will get 60-64MH from the cards easily.
