In this forum very hard find an investor as a newbie member.You need explain more details about your offer after that people may interested to invest.people first calculate risk before investing,So you need to prove them they will benefited by this investment.
Its not really hard and ofcourse a potential investor is going to be a newbie to me too. And here's my offer
I will have the potential partner invest in the mining hardware. And I will host the said hardware in my data center where I have lots of power and cooling available. That way
1. I dont invest in equipment.
2. partner does not need to invest in power.
3. Partner has control over hardware via internet
4. I have control via access.
I see this as a win win situation.
You will have more luck selling this 'gig' if you can provide the energy rate you pay, show some pictures of the facility, max capacity etc.
It may also help telling in the OP which country you operate from.
