you should include the thread link(s) in the post, I could not find it until I went to his profile. After reading his posts, it is very likely it is a scam. Most casinos are built in a very complex way and it is extremely unlikely that someone will be able to replicate the software successfully and securely. Even if they did, it would be worth a fortune. I could not load the loom video, but if he was not able to provide live demo or not willing to use an escrow for the transaction, then these are also red flags.

I haven't checked all of the scripts on that website, but the one you were looking to buy [archived link] is called "Betify" and apparently it was made by "Royal Design Studio [archive of their website - archive of their dribbble page]" but for some reason, all of their pages are gone [except for their Telegram (you could try asking for a demo in there, but I prefer not to vouch)]... It's worth noting that the seller in question, took multiple screenshots from the video link that I shared earlier [refer to the Betify part] and changed its name to "BET" instead!

There's really no script to check all the seller has are screenshots and descriptions of the casino platforms that he claims to own, if you check all the other marketplaces they provide a working demo to satisfy their potential clients, you don't buy a car based on the description you have to ride with it first and check all the features if everything is all there, if they don't want the demo posted in public at least they can do this in private conversation but they don't have these in their offer.
The guy could be a bogus seller so buy with extreme cautions.

intersting how you find it. dribble is a site to find web designers not developers.

beitify is a design only they use only fronted html, css, jquiry, figma  to make it  not complete backened casino (lareval , php etc=

the designer you sent here is very talented they also made another casino
https://dribbble.com/shots/18760107-CryptoBet-Casino

but she is only web designer and fronter developer.

to make a complete casinos is a whole different story and has huge costs  there is a lot of backened work that need to be done. months of works.
like i said this guy most likely just photoshop the design from there and try to sell it as he has backened code.

I agree... That's also what I said in the latter part of my previous post and in case my post wasn't clear enough [my bad for mentioning my point in an inexplicit manner], I pointed to where alterations were made by that seller.

BTW, I forgot to tag that account yesterday [it's tagged now].

Send him a PM with this thread link, and if he does not respond, it is better to leave a warning in his trust regarding these practices.

Unfortunately, so far, no scam has occurred, but the indications strongly indicate that he is a fraud, and therefore I think that giving negative trust is due if he fails to answer the allegations in this topic.

1. When I ask him to send demo (live link) he refused with copyright excuses.

This is definitely unusual. When he hand over the source code or binary to the buyer, there's always chance it'll leaked either due to hack or intentionally leaked by buyer.

2. He also told me ridiculous  thing that he has 100% refund policy if something go wrong (When he accepts only Bitcoin)

It's not ridiculous, usually it means the seller would send the money back to you manually. Although it's obvious you have to trust the seller.

I checked his thread and found out his software rely on end of life software. Update for Node.js version 10.x has been ended at 2021-04-30.

Requirements
-OS: Linux or Windows (+SSH Access or terminal in windows).
-HDD Space: You have 2 Options:

-Apache.
-SSL.

As you can see there is a format to be able to post in this forum, otherwise and as is evident you only make imaginary accusations according to your reasoning. Post properly and you will be considered.

Code:
[b][color=black]What happened:: [/color][/b]

[b][color=black]Scammers Profile Link: [/color][/b]

[b][color=black]Reference Link: [/color][/b]
[b][color=black]Amount Scammed: [/color][/b]
[b][color=black]Payment Method: [/color][/b]
[b][color=black]Proof of Payment: [/color][/b]
[b][color=black]PM/Chat Logs: [/color][/b]
[b][color=black]Additional Notes: [/color][/b]

There I leave the format.

I consider the pieces of evidence unless the seller comes down here to refute it, when it comes to script there should be a demo the seller should provide the username and password where the potential buyer can log in and check the panel, the dashboard and what's on it unless the seller already has a good reputation and testimonials from real buyers and he agreed to escrow the funds or it's a third-party marketplace like CodeCanyon, but I don't see these requirements on the seller.

We have a saying that an ounce of prevention is better than a pound of cure if there is evidence of potential scamming we have to reconsider it and ask the accuser to defend themselves, we have seen it on other threads.

if he revoit it i will buy the script for him for 1000 instead of 800$. i am sure he not revert i can idintify scams from killiometers.

I genuenly wanted to buy hist script because Punt look lit. like Stake.com and these kind of casinos are ready to rock and roll.

But this  guy possibly just photoshop the website and try to sell script like he has the whole code.
