What happened::
He was trying to convince me to use fake escrow. He said that all official escrows (https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/recommended-bitcointalk-escrow-services-2439910) are bad and advise to use another escrows (monbux or tomatocage from this thread https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/bitcointalk-escrows-trade-safely-855778) which not so active on this forum (that is the plan) and advise to contact them in telegram, but not in forum's PM. I believe he is scam person.

More over, it's probably already happens with somebody else, look at https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.54743314 somebody was asking is monbux good escrow. Yes, he is, but he doesn't own account in telegram for sure.
