The great potencial and merit of this project:
At the moment there are 347,361 POW token holders and maybe the majority of them knew about cryptocurrencies thanks to this project, it's a huge number, it's a lot of people, a lot of potencial adopters.
POW team spread their project through social networks like Facebook or Twitter, reaching a lot of people that even didn't know about the existence of cryptocurrencies.
This is the main reason why POW is an amazing token, because it brings nocoiners closer to crypto.
POW helps a lot of people that is not familiarized with crypto to understand what crypto is and eventually "to play" with tokens on exchages because they have got some POW tokens for free and maybe they will try to exchange them for other coins or just to find how this strange thing named "crypto" works.
This, in other words, is part of what all of us want: the crypto massive adoption/evangelization.
POW have a great function within the cryptosphere: to agglomerate together a lot of people that collided with POW tokens in Facebook and carry them to crypto markets.
Crypto experts or analysts are focused on charts, roadmaps, developement teams, whitepapers, partnerships and technological innovations, but sometimes they don't figure out that cryptocurrencies have an important social aspect, they are strictly connected to social media and through social media they will succeed.
This is the main reason why John McAfee joyned this project, because he believe that social media is the key factor of cryptocurrencies.
We need this kind of projects to reach the mass and it is not only because of giving free coins to everyone, because at the end people receive few dollars, it is all about making people see that digital money is real, safe and possible.
