I would get s-3's .  a lot of them.

I would set them to freq 175 they will mine at 350 and be quiet.

if you don't mind noise i would set them at freq -225 231 and use 3 per evga 1300 g2 psu

I would go to the marketplace here and write a thread .

I want used S-3's  I would prefer you to be close to my zip code.

here is the board.Also ask for working evga's 1300 g2 psu's

A limit as in you can use as much as you want or it's free...

If it's free I'd go buy a mass amount of S1's as they offer the best $/Ghash out there.

If it was I just could use as much as I want spoodlies or bitmain for sure looking at the best Watt/Ghash ratio.

Suppose there is not limitation with electricity bill, which miner would you recommend to buy?

Used KNC Jupiter 1,3W/GHs   Quiet and cheap.

There's always a limitation, even if the limit is the max amps before the master breaker flips.

Check out  Spondoolies-Tech kit.

Of course there would be technical limitation, but suppose you don't have to pay for energy.. which miner gives you the best in hash rate Vs cost of equipment

if the electricity is not the problem then go for BITMAIN's miners in the main time Spondoolies miner are more energy efficient but some of them are noisy

The SP20 has some pretty amazing underclocking though.  It will remain able to compete with asics for a while because of this.
