Get at least a reasonable quality 500 watt if you're going to game on it. Corsair, Seasonic, Enermax, Antec or another quality supply. 400watt is fine if all you're doing is mining (because it doesn't stress the CPU).

You can run that system off a 350-400 watt supply pretty easy. Newegg has several quality units in that range for 40-50 USD.

No. Just no. When you mine you put lots of stress on the PSU. A shitty one could fry itself, the mobo, and your gpu. Buy from a quality brand like Antec, Corsair, Seasonic, XFX,cooler master, Or ocz.
In the budget range I recommend the Antec earth watts/earthwatts green series, 80PLUS certified and reliable. You'll need about 450w for that system, plus 15% headroom, a 550w should do nicely
