So what's the conclusion here ? Your issue is resolved or still your money is stuck ? As far as I know they will give you the money in your account but only time they will cause problems is when you request the withdrawal.Please try requesting the withdrawal and update us. they returned the money to my balance but they didn't allow me to withdraw it

Actually No one can help you here to give back the money you have on your account, only powerbet.io can do and if they dont respond to your support tickets and emails then thats it, powerbet's account here will be tagged only to warned others that its too risky to store money on that site. Just sorry for your loss.
