Not surprise.. their ICO is over and their website is offline.... take the money and run, right? no wonder why they remained anonymous using stock images.

Well done, I doubt they have a Bitcointalk Ann thread also I checked their Telegram and found it only has 13 members https://t.me/powerburstico . They do not even make any effort and sadly some people will still send them money ( Hope not).

Any theories?
I think that seller intentionally used SubSTRATA's name (to damage his/her reputation):

I found something that may or may not be helpful(mostly the latter but whatever):

One of the seller selling those templates is : SubSTRATA (https://rocketr.net/sellers/subSTRATA)

His bitcointalk id: https://bitcointalksearch.org/user/substrata-68036

Any theories?

Their white-paper, well, read it..you will get the picture.
Just did (it's awful).
That might have been one of the worst whitepaper I have ever seen, also it has youtube link in it, which redirects to a video telling how to buy UNIX coin(best trick)  Roll Eyes

@icoethics have you found more sites using this template? I mean, live ICO's?

We found this:

This template is sold here:
https://rocketr.net/buy/51e17b9c28e3
https://rocketr.net/buy/fc6fad6db78f

These sites are found by searching the words " "FanusCoin application"

http://coinoffering.cba.pl/ (SAME DESIGN and the same team) SCAM
https://investbitcoinhub.com/ (not the same design, but the team is the same) SCAM

There are a few other sites that are found using those words above. We will investigate the team first before posting here.

I don't understand something, they allow to enter credit card number and cv but then site redirects to "Whoops, looks like something went wrong."

I didn't check other paying methods but for bitcoin deposits I got next results/depo addys:

For blockchain - BLOCKCHAIN API HAVING ISSUE. PLEASE TRY LATER
For coingate - 2MstFenQj5dd7KnXCE93TtxubtpfZggcBYL  Undecided
For coinpayments -  You have not selected a payment method!
For block.io - 39t9eorj3yhxUfsQnrWUnUquXadrXzHouG

And as you mentioned Htfx.online(they accept perfect money only) maybe this:

unless you think all of these similar websites are part of a big scam attempt

Why not? ICO is live.
I thought it's not yet live (if you refresh the page, the counter restarts at 174 days but now that I'm looking at it from a different angle, most likely you're right).

Their white-paper, well, read it..you will get the picture.
Just did (it's awful).

Obvious scam is obvious.
You're right, I retract my previous statement (latter part).

Perhaps, it's best to not label them at the moment

Their project is exactly this:

No SSL, they accept credit cards and other payment methods.

Obvious scam is obvious.

If you find their post on this forum please let us know.
I didn't find any but since the template used on that website was similar to your previous thread (Htfx.online), I went ahead and search for keywords:

- If you go to google and search for "FanusCoin application" (taken from the roadmap part of that template), you'll see a lot of other similar websites that appear to be "unfinished websites" (mostly).
  • Perhaps, it's best to not label them at the moment (for those that use the default text) but instead monitor them closely (unless you think all of these similar websites are part of a big scam attempt [then you should list them all together]).

Any thoughts?
