lottery games are bad enough on their own and people don't trust those with a decent website and a decent owner. now this one is just a one line announcement of an empty domain with nothing inside! and a brand new member is promoting it!

Powercoin Lotto launched on the 1st of December 2016. OP still confused about his business nobody would trust on him without any safety for funds.

Just some friendly advice... Since you are new here, it might be a good idear to place the 5 BTC in the hands of a trusted escrow and explain how your lotto game is provably fair.
This way, you'll get some people interested.
where is the OP after he make announcement of his site? and what after this? is it automaticly to work itself? i think if the OP is serious with his lottery business site, i think he need to make another upgrade like use trusted escrow to handle the payment like mocacinno said, because we can feel save after we buy the lottery and this can prevent for scammer.

It looks like a scam attempt... No one with little brain gonna send OP any bitcoin for sure.

Come on ... a lottery website which is using Google forms to submit ticket information? A simple template with 5 pictures and a bitcoin address? You should try something else ... if you really want to scam somebody

, i assume it is just a misplaced link site it is okay.and i guess there is a lot of attempts to create a super large prize lotto in this forum even held by a trusted member/moderator.
none of them works, people in this forum have a lack interest about lotto, so you may want to make some breakthrough?
edit : the site work now, it is just not yet ready to be launched earlier, i guess ..
