Well, Had both ( Powered risers ver006c and both molex slots connected on a biostar TB250-BTC Pro ) because I tought what the heck, why not, people do this.
The multi molex connector PSU cable that was connected to the mobo burnt on the power supply side, the 6pin connector melt. Lucky me I guess, It did not make any other damage beside the cable itself.

Symptoms :
Windows freezing.
GPUs on that PSU were not starting at all intermittently.
