It includes exactly the same power supplies as I mentioned, manufactured by Hewlett-Packard.

So yes.

Use the HP DPS 1200 for two boards.

Use the HP DPS 750 for one board and the controller.

Do not mix power supplies in a same hash board!!

The original Ebit E9 is only about 1000W (882w +/- 10% - 15%). They claim a 1000w PSU is enough. A single 1250W power supply should be more than enough, if you can manage it. I run mine at 110v on a circuit by itself.

196$ seems a bit expensive no ?

If you have Ebit E9 Plus 9Th/s miner, then you need setup like this when the mains voltage is 110/120V :

HP DPS 750 http://www.parallelminer.com/product/hp-750w-power-supply-psu-4-pci-e-14awg-breakout-kit-for-antminer-s3-s1-s5/

When the mains voltage is 110/120V, the DPS 1200 is max. power capacity 900W.
When the mains voltage is 110/120V, the DPS 750 is max. power capacity 750W.
