Try doing something new (eg namecoin, bitmessage) instead of implementing the hashing flavor of the month. Also I think this belongs in alt crypto section.

Does "Web Designer" include the scope of Web Development in general.

Meaning, do you need Web Developers with understanding of PHP, Python, Web Frameworks, etc...?
