I scanned our database earlier today and detected multiple accounts using the same address for payouts. Total missing coins to this address was less then 1 blocks worth. I forcefully erased the addresses and ap-threshold's from the affected accounts in order to prevent anymore loss of coins. Please check your emails. if you have an email from us you was affected.
Someone stole money from my account on hackshard while I was mining 42. I had no address set on auto payout, had two different accounts one account was forced with a manual payout to my own wallet. The other one got a manual payout to an address that was not mine. How could anyone do that if they did not know my pin?
We recently sent out a mass email concerning what we believe the issue is as well as a plan for solving it. In case you have not yet received the email, here it is:

Earlier this evening, amid complaints of fraudulent withdrawals from many of our miners, we at Hackshard launched a full investigation into our databases, websites, and other software with the goal of identifying and eliminating the faulty code, hardware, or security. We discovered no fault in the cronjobs, databases, stratum servers, wallets, or any of the other various components of the Hackshard mining pools. If this is the case, with a significant portion of our miners having been victims, we further conclude that only one with access to the database of a rather large pool could have been the thief. As such, we request that all miners who have been affected by this theft respond immediately with a full list of pools which they have recently used so that we may attempt to identify the malignant pool. We further request that all pool owners search their outgoing transactions for multiple usernames withdrawing to a few addresses.
We strongly urge everyone to use separate credentials on each and every pool he or she uses and to enable automatic payments.

Hi, iv not received a single DENT unconfirmed or confirmed in the last 3 and a half hours? When i try and email the support, i get a message saying "email error please try again"..... can someone explain whats going on, I am not mining here anymore until i get those coins im missing....
I apologize that you had some difficulty contacting support. I'm not sure what went wrong with the email, but we strongly encourage miners to contact us on the IRC channel which the website automatically brings up or via Bitcointak private message. Could you send me a message with a description of what problems you have experienced and your username on the pool?
