I'll be mining there. They fixed a flaw in earthcoin mining and released it publicly instead of keeping it to themselves and just recently they were helping the whole mining community to identify and secure compromised accounts.

HACKSHARD IS A LIE

HACKSHARD TOOK THE COINYE POOL DOWN WITHOUT NOTIFYING THE MAINSTAY OF THEIR MINERS, SO THEY COULD BUY NEW SERVERS TO MAKE MORE MONEY FOR THEMSELVES. ALL FUNDS FROM COYE.HACKSHARD.COM ARE GONE. NEVER MINE WITH THESE WEAZELS AGAIN, THEY SCAM YOU WHERE YOU'RE AT!!

I quote from a cached version:

COYE POOL NOW OFFLINE, POSTED JAN 14, 2014 AT 21:03 BY DEVIANTTWO
Due to current legal pressure, COYE pool has been taken offline.  All remaining currency has been sold to pay for the server machines.  We gave everyone a 12 hour advanced warning before shutting it down.  If you lost coins due to this I am sorry but they where only worth 1 satoshi at the time of the complete shutdown.

PLEASE SPREAD THIS IF YOU'RE SCREWED BY HACKSHARD AS WELL AND WANT A REFUND FOR YOUR STOLEN COINS. ADVISE ANYONE NEAR YOU TO NEVER MINE WITH THEM AGAIN, AND POST MESSAGES LIKE THIS ONE UNDER ANY OF THEIR DIRTY ADS.

THIS GIANT SCAM IS NO PLACE FOR HONEST AND DECENT MINERS.

Err...

Coinye is a joke and isnt worth anything. Cant really blaim a guy for closing it down.
I agree 12h warning is short, but for Coinye ... what do u need those coins for?
Its a waste to even have the wallet.

Be Among The First Ultracoin Miners
Configuring a stratum server can be a needlessly long task for inexperienced and ill-prepared pool owners; even experienced managers often create sub-par launch pools because of the mass of errors many new coins encounter. We at Hackshard are some of the most experienced and reliable pool managers in the cryptocurrency community. We have created several pools for newly released coins and have never let errors in these coins adversely affect our miners. When Earthcoin first came out, there were several bugs causing pools to mine at rates up to twenty times slower than what was expected. The Hackshard staff immediately searched for, identified and corrected the issue, then released the fix to other pool owners and the community. We have always been reliable, involved, and fast, and we guarantee that our Ultracoin pool will be one of the first available as well as the best in quality.

If you want a reliable pool with a good history and quick support team, HackShard is the pool for you. We are quick to set up pools for new coins and have an excellent record of pool management, performance, and support. If you need any help you can join #hackshardgaming on irc.freenode.net(which the website will automatically connect you to via an IRC box at the bottom of the page). Please use the IRC channel when you need support as we almost always have someone in there. If you don't get an immediate response, include the username of a channel op in your message; when you do this, we hear a notification and will check the channel ASAP.

If you do not want to see the IRC box, you can either click the "DISABLE CHAT" button or add '/index.php' to the end of the url.

Here at Hackshard we hold certain traits to be essential in a pool, and run ours to best meet these values. They are:

Reliability
Here at HackShard we strive to be the best of the best. We work around the clock to ensure that our pools are running and our miners are happy. We deal with any and all issues as quickly as possible(for example, when all the Earthcoin pools were getting ddosed, we had ours running again within minutes while other pools took hours or days) and it is because of this that we are regarded as one of the best pools around. We actively monitor our website and pools so that we may immediately respond to any and all issues.

Community Involvement
We not only direct our efforts to Hackshard, but to the altcoin community in general. HackShard takes an active involvement in every coin we release a pool for, speaking with developers, pool owners, miners, and anyone else in the community with something to say. We also consult with software engineers and coin developers to ensure that all coins we mine are as error-free as possible: Hackshard has released custom daemon patches to multiple cryptocurrencies, allowing competing pools and solo-miners alike to mine as much as twenty times faster than they were able previously.

Speed
We pride ourselves in our quick response times to miner difficulties and coin releases. We actively maintain discussion in our IRC channel to provide the absolute best service to our miners humanly possible. We also browse this and other subforums to look for the newest and most promising coins, and make pools accordingly.
