An escrow is like a trusted third person that holds your payment until your deliver your client exactly what you promised for that money. You can find many escrow agents on this forum. I would personally recommend Darkstar_ but you can find more of them in these threads :

Hi Nihal, is there any way you can prove that you can actually do the job? We have had many scammers here in the past that pretended that they can do a similar job but are just two-bit thieves.

I am sure you will not be having any problem in dealing with an interested client if the entire pay is held with a trusted escrow from here within the forum, do you?
