sorry if i post a truth about altcoin, the entire like 80% of altcoin is about how to make quick buck, yeah its the black truth, dev selling ICO, some people buy them, for me, i dont buy into ICO of altcoin with some words and some pictures, ill mine them instead, 
Some ICO are pretty good, remember MARYJ, CND? But 90% are indeed what you are saying, let me guess, this is the same dev as GANJA and want some more money. Where is POD? Maybe i just have to launch ROSDarkcoin and take another 15 BTCs from investors, but at least i'm still working for my coin.
