I don't think it's a scam. It may be a slow development bu there really isn't much to scam on about to be honest.
I'd want to see something a bit more tangible before investing in an ICO to be honest. Still if this isn't a scam then good luck to you.

That's just it. This coin so far hasn't said it will be the next great bitcoin killer or it's the be all end all of cryptos. It just says its made to fit the needs of a certain market and demographic. Shoes and women who love them. I could also see this branching a little to cove mens shoes and boots too.
