Thanks for the reply. Things are going quite well for my company now, and my only real source of advertising is through free sources namely craigslist. Smiley

I've also got a few very lucrative partnerships, then I've developed things on the crypto side too, with my BURST leadership team and a collab therein, there are some really nice things beginning to form, and services I'm offering such as tech/server support and a fully rebuilt cloud service that kicks the crap out of dropbox (currently still a beta service and I'm giving away free accounts email [email protected] for https://cloud.crowetic.com) no filesize limits, ability to sync external sources, contacts, bookmarks, and the BURST wallet is built in.

I'm working on encrypted communication integration, and I've already built a chat platform that will rival any out there, and looking for improvements there too.

There are some nice things coming round these parts. Keep on the lookout for Crowetic Computers. Wink

Thank you for your input. I'm thinking of still releasing a few other assets, though sadly I don't think any will be directly correlated to CCLLC simply due to the trade limitations in the US.

No matter, I won't let that slow me down. Smiley

I think this is a good example of why bitcoin exists. You want to sell shares in your start-up to fund it, but to do it the wall st way you have to jump through endless regulatory hoops.

You may get a few douchebuckets like ranlo who think this is the place to be for 1,000 page prospectus reports and a bunch of meaningless stats that will give him the false sense of security he needs to part with a few coins, but it's not. The SEC is a blight on free trade, as is finra and the central bank that wall st created to keep wealth locked up within a small group.

I did read your paper and it looks like you're doing IT/tech support. Maybe start selling support contracts to people in your area to build up some revenue. Local advertising tend to work better if you go offline...like mailing postcards with well-crafted copy.

I would suggest that you simply get go as far as you can on your own funding and then seek out loans by selling promissory notes. If people like you, they'll be inclined to trust you and you'll probably be able to work out some kind of deals to raise some funding.

You should ask for specific amounts, which would show that you actually did research and know how much you'll need to do what you plan to do. If you're just looking for a general purpose credit line, state how much you want and how much annual interest you'd be willing to pay. That's it. Pretty simple. Rest can be done on paper.

In the process of reworking things a bit, seems the regulations are a bit different than I'd hoped.

it's alright though, certainly won't slow me down. Just working out a new way to present things to fit within the scope of regulation.

There will be a rework post here upon said change implementation.

Business is going well, as expected, and I still do expect that to keep up, just have to find a bit of a modification to my ideas that will work out a little better.

Sell equity in the business and you shouldn't have any hoops to jump through. No different than going into business with a friend or family.

You really need to add the earning/profit (P/L statement) starting in 2014 to help see the pattern. Just giving one month is meaningless. Can't even start analyzing the data until this is supplied.

I will add from the point the company has been doing what it is now, as that is all that really matters as that is how the company will continue from this point on, and what the asset is based on.

Thanks for the comment, that is why this is a pre-release draft.

I will get the said information together, going to take me a little time because I use some of my income from other sources as funding for certain small parts of the company, so I just haven't fully compiled all of the information...

As of right now I do have the full income of the business in one location, it's just some of the expenses (mostly smaller ones, and most of the business expenses are minimal anyway)...

So, before the final release papers are posted, I will gather together as much of the income and expense information I have and put it together where it can be viewed, but it will not be detailed. It will be simply income and expense numbers, nothing more.

If that isn't enough, I suppose we could discuss more, but I won't be giving super specific information on the business, as to protect both myself and my clients.

It's best to be as detailed as possible (even if a NDA is required to do so). You're going to be hard-pressed finding an actual investor here (read: not one of these people that says "OMG CRYPTO BUSINEPS ILL BE RITCH TO INVEPTS") if you're elusive.

That said, when you get something together, definitely let me know and we'll go from there, Smiley.

I wanted to get some more feedback aside from what I've received based on the very limited number of places that this has been posted, I've got the document open for comment, so please do so.

But please, this isn't the place for trolling, if you're the type to do that, if you could leave this particular thread and link alone, I would appreciate it. This is something that is serious, and I'm serious about it. I'm all for fun and games, but not here and not in my Pre-release draft. Thanks.

Anyway, to all interested in something that is going to be long-term, and based on a real company, I present to you the Crowetic Computers, LLC. asset. (Asset is based on the BURST chain, but it isn't absolutely necessary that you purchase with BURST. Though, you will have to at least have a BURST account, with which to hold your asset and receive payouts. The ease-of-use within the BURST wallet, makes it as easy as copying and pasting a phrase, (or how I would suggest, use the encrypted passwords manager within the Windows GUI wallet) and logging into the wallet. There are web-based wallets that allow for no need to download anything, and you can easily switch to a new wallet at any time, transfer over your asset holdings, and you'll then get paid to that address.

I am open to comments and suggestions in all aspects, so please do so (without immature nonsense please.)

This is something I've been thinking of doing for quite some time, and the productivity and growth I've seen within my business in the short time since I've decided to really start pushing things and going back out doing local and actual IT services, is happening a lot quicker than I had initially expected, and I think things are almost ready to be setup now. I've written this doc for people to get a better idea of what my offer will be, and also in order to get feedback, and have the ability for people to gain more information on me, and why this investment is something that will give a good name to the crypto community, and show that there are many uses to many aspects of the technology, and provide more exposure to one of the most exciting and innovative projects (BURST ((my opinion here of course, but DYOR)) currently available.

This would be the second long-term asset I've released, first of which was just based on a project and some mining, but has been running solid for a year, never missed a payout, and is one of the most well respected and highest volume assets in the network. This one, I believe, will be MUCH larger, as it involves something that will bring a flow of money into the community, and likely bring more eyes to all aspects of crypto and especially the BURST (coin) project.

I will quit talking, and let you read and comment on the paper. Thank you for your time, and potential comments!
